PTA
Welcome to Amport CofE Primary School PTA page.
What we do
Amport PTA is a group of friendly parents from across the school who give some of their time to help enhance the experience and education of all children at our school.
Every parent or guardian at our school is considered a member of the PTA and we’d love you to get involved.
We organise a range of fun events and activities that bring pupils, families, and the wider community together. Some people come to our meetings, others help at our events – there is a role for everyone, and we appreciate any time you can give, no matter how small.
Recently, we’ve been able to provide the school with chrome books and headphones, wellbeing and online safety workshops, PE kit and equipment, SLS reading books, a pantomime, and subsidise trips to name just a few things.

How we communicate
All information on PTA events / activities, along with general reminders, is communicated via a closed ‘Whole School’ What’s App group (don’t worry, commenting is turned off). Please get in touch with us to join this group so you don’t miss anything.
If you have any suggestions or feedback for us, we welcome this via the PTA email address.
How you can support the PTA
Most importantly, support our events and fundraisers!
Book tickets, take part and have fun. If you can spare some time, volunteer to help.
Easy Fundraising: Sign up at:
Search for a retailer and shop as normal, and Amport School PTA will receive a donation, at no extra cost you to, and a percentage every time you shop!
Pound for Pound matching: Lots of Companies offer pound for pound matching for charities. Contact your CSR/HR department and help us add £000’s for filling in a form.
Bags2School: Bring in your old clothes and the school gets money -easy as that! Bags2School will be advertised when we are running a collection, just bring your bags along on the date and the school receives funds based on the weight of the donations.
Ideas: If you have any ideas or suggestions for new activities / events, please give us a shout – we’d love to hear them!
Thank you for your continued support.
